P/s: If any of our customers are not happy with the item received (which has "never happened" and, Insha Allah, never will happen as our QC is very strong and strict, Alhamdulillah), then, if it does happen, and the customer receives the wrong item, color, size, or if there is any defect due to custom inspection, please inform us immediately and return the item within 7 working days. We will replace it with the new correct item or refund 70% of the payment. The remaining 30% has been used to pay government import taxes, the customs clearance agent, and delivery fees to deliver the runners to our customer's home. (We don't want to make any profit from our an unhappy customer; we are only chasing after halal sources of income). If there are any new discounts from the factory, we will return the extra payment made by customers. We have set certain profits for each item and are not after extra profits.
